Densely concentrated in savory flavors of soy, leather and tobacco, the demure fruit leans into red currant, raspberry while structured in grippy, silky tannin. A cellar-worthy wine, it will do well over time, expanding its reach into dark-chocolate and nutmeg underpinnings.

Vineyard Location
Organically farmed, and located about 1200 ft on the slopes of Howell Mountain, this vineyard source is comprised of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Yields are typically less than 2 tons per acre, insuring intense and concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon.
Winemaking:
Grapes were harvested at night, hand sorted and de-stemmed. After a 7-day cold soak, and 2 week fermentation with gentle maceration the wine was moved into French oak, 50% new oak. The wine aged for 16th months before bottling.
